I got many clothes from Phoenix Rising when they were having a big sale because they were closing. I do not remember how much my outfits cost but I remembered that I wanted to share them with my friends. Never got the chance when I wanted to do it, but I thought better now then never.
This dress I think is very pretty and elegant. I also like the way it flows, makes me think of something whimsical, which I totally love. I am not sure when Phoenix Rising was planning on closing, but if they are still open, I highly recommend checking them out.
